John was absolutely amazing! He was there days after my initial call and was right on time. I needed some help with doors not closing and he was able to fix them no problem. I asked if he could help with a few more things than what I had originally called about and since he had some extra he was happy to do them then. I really appreciated his responsiveness, work, and he’s a really nice guy. I should have called him 2 years ago!

John is top of the line! I have recently moved out of state. I have put my home on the market to be sold. Due to the recent freeze in Colorado, and my unoccupied condo my pipes froze and burst and caused considerable damage. John did the necessary repairs and being a certified inspector himself, he went above and beyond to make my home as presentable as possible and ready to be put back on the market. Because of his diligence and honest assessments etc, my condo is closing in a few weeks! I wish I had someone like him here!

John installed a floor in our attic, and he did a great job. He was easy to communicate with, very professional, and the quality of his work was top notch. John will be my go-to handyman!
