I called Plain about a new installation. A salesman was there 3 days later. He spent over an hour explaining what I needed and measuring. I was contacted later with a reasonable bid under half of what another company quoted me. The next Monday, the boys were doing the installation. Four days later, it was installed and completed. They were friendly and explained everything and were a joy to have around. They never left a mess and were always polite. I love my new central heat and air and couldn't have been happier with their service. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this wonderful company!
We recently had an HVAC system installed and had some issues with the installation. We contacted Plains Heating and they quickly came out to look at the system and worked with us on a resolution. We are really pleased with their customer care and our new HVAC system. Would definitely recommend this company!
Plains did a fantastic job of communication even when I was fed up with not having AC, they were polite and helped in any way they could. Due to supply issues we had to wait for our unit but once they received it they were prompt in installing it, were here at the time they said everyday, cleaned up each evening! The guys were amazing to work with. Our bill was exactly as quoted. Definitely recommend!Services: HVAC duct & vent installation
