Plains did a fantastic job of communication even when I was fed up with not having AC, they were polite and helped in any way they could. Due to supply issues we had to wait for our unit but once they received it they were prompt in installing it, were here at the time they said everyday, cleaned up each evening! The guys were amazing to work with. Our bill was exactly as quoted. Definitely recommend!Services: HVAC duct & vent installation

I called during a storm on a Sunday evening when my heater started acting up and within an hour somebody called me back to see if they couldn't walk me through a temporary fix they were awesome

This company was referred to me by a friend.I've been having issues with my furnace overheating.I called in and within 30 mins, I received a called back from the service tech David. Within 30 mins he was at my door. David was very pleasant and I felt the pricing was very reasonable.Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon but if I do, I'll definitely use them again.Service: HVAC maintenance
