I absolutely enjoy this studio thanks to my massage therapist Matt Legget. Amazing massage therapist, I have been seeing him for over 2 years now. He makes me feel comfortable, always has a warm massage table, clean linen, and he uses essential oils to infuse with his massage oils. I am always leaving better than I came in, he is also very knowledgable about the body, always give pointers and addresses issues I can work on to prevent future pain and injuries. I recommend him to anyone who is suffering from any body pains or sore muscles. :)

If you’re visiting Leadville and looking for a perfect little pick me up, I strongly suggest checking out this studio. Had a lovely, restorative session with Julie Sunday morning. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town. Going to bring all my girl friends next time!

I took 'cardio yoga' on a monday at 5:30. It wasn't yoga but a movement based fast paced cardio workout.Its one of the best fitness class I've ever taken. So creative and fun, and kept me challenged throughout the class.Congrats to Erin for creative such an innovative workout!
