Finally got the help I needed from Andrea and Rom greatly appreciate these two ladies they went out of their way to help me. One less stress lifted. I understand there is a lot of work I myself have worked in an office it takes a lot to listen to people and to finally go out of your way to look into things to make sure things are done write and these 2 ladies did just that. there was another lady in office with Rom that deserve a thank you too. We need more people like them for they are the ones that set the example that no matter how busy you are things can and will get done right. Again thank you to these 3 wonderful ladies. So lucky to see Dr. Iams on a Saturday same day appointment after dealing with my issue all week since I had to work. She was very detailed and thorough in her exam basically pinpointing my issue on physical exam alone which speaks to her double board certification and experience. She got me set up with treatment and game plan for moving forward to address my issue. Hope we get to keep her in our medical community since keeping MDs is difficult in rural areas.
