As a fleet operator and having had a bad experience with my two drivers' truck repairs at this shop, I don't recommend dealing with them! Extremely rude and uncivilized! Read the other reviews and older ones too; many agree with me, but unfortunately, I didn't know this before visiting.
You'll feel like you're at a zoo, especially when talking to the female manager.

Customer service was so bad. I spent almost $2000 dollars, they also have a butch lady who thinks she owns the shop and wouldn't even let me check my truck out when they were finished. And when I left, I ended up having to go back because they caused an air leak, and I ended up having to pay for that too. The Mechanic who worked on truck was a cool and fair person, but all the other service sucked.

I was traveling with my dad on a road trip when the radiator blew. Roman came and picked us up 40 min from town, took us to the shop that roadside assistance had picked for me. The shop owner could not get to me that day (holiday weekend) so Roman dropped my truck off at O'Reilly's where I could get the radiator changed and back on the road! Roman was a great guy and seemed to be very hard working. I would recommend this service to anyone needing help! Speedy service and very friendly!

By far the greatest shop I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. They go above and beyond with my company fleet of semi trucks and mixers. They are straight up a breath of fresh air in an industry that can be pretty rough. The honesty, professionalism and all around amazing attitude of everyone there from shop personnel to office personnel really makes it feel like great friends and family each time I walk in. If you need a reliable, honest, hard working, no BS shop for a 1 time experience or need a new shop for your entire fleet there’s absolutely no one better!!!

They are quick to change the tier with my own tire but.. 94$ a bit pricey. $65 to mount and dismount and 25$ to air up the tier and shop supplies a bit overpriced.

OTR Truckers Be very careful with this shop, first the treatment is terrible very rude, the attitude is a little complicated. They tell you one thing and do completely another. $1,250 for use the tow truck for a truck and trailer hitch We explained the location and when the guy arrived they add $500 or $600 more because supposedly my location was before. The tow truck driver drove without air in my truck system approximately 25 miles. I asked about the labor price, but they told me they didn't know how much it would cost but they've been in business for 17 years. supposedly They never fixed the problem; they left the truck completely disassembled. I had to move it to another shop because supposedly my engine is bad. They wanted to sell me a truck and that I should just leave mine over there. They are disrespectful clowns. They NEVER gave me a estimate price. I asked many time and nothing Never we receive an update on the status of the problem. They just said that the engine was damaged and I had to move to a dealership. They charge me to refill up the coolant and the coolant tank was empty. They USE OLD OIL and they charge me like new oil. Be very careful, I'm just avoiding a bad experience for you.
