I wanted to see is anyone is having problems getting a call back from Walrath. I have used them for 23 years and lately, I cannot get them to call me back to schedule an appt to finish the work they started. Are the still in business???Services: HVAC system repair

We've used Walrath exclusively for over a decade. They did a complete spec and upgrade of our HVAC systems about 4 years ago and it's been great since. They do all our maintenance and on the rare occasion when repair is required they do it at fair prices. Their techs are extremely professional, arrive promptly and know their stuff. Have used Walrath for heating and air conditioning for more than 20 years at our personal residence as well as our Business. Recently during most recent heat wave, our AC quit working on a Friday night.Called Walrath and left message after hours and they called Monday morning and were able to set appt. for Tuesday even though they were booked.Dan in Service was able to maneuver personnel to fit us into schedule and had unit repaired by Tuesday evening . Temperatures were up to 100 degrees these days and extremely uncomfortable for us including for our two year Granddaughter, especially at nap time.They have always been very reliable with very competent repair staff (Taylor was our technician on this repair) .Thanks Dan and all staff,Joe
