Vitor is professional, and communicative, and offers reasonable prices with quality construction. The process for a two car beginning to end took roughly 2 months. I couldn’t be happier with the service and product.

We has the pleasure of working with Vitor at Vertical Contracting to build a detached garage. Vitor was amazing to work with! He quoted us a reasonable price while not skimping out on things like a porta potty! Even when Lakewood gave us additional hurdles to jump through Vitor figured out multiple solutions and came by personally to go over the needed changes.

Vitor was extremely transparent during the planning period then during construction he'd stop by at least once a day to check on the site and update me on progress and what will be happening in the next few days. We had Vertical come out and install two steel beams in our basement.

Pricing: transparent pricing start to finish. Shared invoices received for parts throughout the entire process and did not add any additional markup to what he paid for parts.

Workmanship: professional, fast, and clean. He scheduled our work within a week, showed up on time, and completed the work as discussed.

I would recommend Vertical to anybody and will be using them again for future projects.
