Elaine is an absolutely amazing lawyer. She is so knowledgeable and very determined to do what needs to be done in order to help. It was a relief and a pleasure working with Elaine and I would highly recommend her.
I always felt like Elaine's only client whenever working with her. Her counsel was always thorough and never rushed. She never had another call to take or meeting to attend. Elaine Lukic was a godsend when I was at a tough point in my life. In the beginning of 2023, I was being charged for misdemeanors in two different cases and felt very lost. When Elaine first contacted me on the free consultation, she put me at ease very quickly and I remember her saying that she would quash both cases and get them off my record. Fast forward to 2024 and sure enough both cases were quashed and the misdemeanors were downgraded to deferred probation for six months and both of those have been sealed.
