Poor communication early on when I was hoping for some guidance navigating doctor appointments and insurance issues. They were slow to return calls and emails and sometimes not at all. The total time for my case was almost a year. In the end, i believe the worker comp settlements are pretty standard for certain injuries, though the system is devised in such a way that lawyer representation is necessary. All said, I am satisfied with their representation, but their lack of communication left me feeling forgotten more than once. I will add, as a post script, that Megan was very friendly and helpful the times I was able to speak with her.

Disappointing experience with Janet Frickey, lot of dishonesty and drama. I switched over to Adam McClure for help with my case. It wasn't any better, felt like they were fighting against me, not for me. The trauma of a work accident and losing my legs was tough, I will need walking assistance for the rest of my life. I lost significant benefits from workers comp due to the negligence of this firm.

They have attorneys they hired that take more than the 20 percent. Also a shady grey area where they take more and as a client I can’t ask any questions because I signed off on it. Left with a bill that should’ve been paid, no contact from attorney about it. Attorney left city and gave no forwarding info so now the bill is in collections. Please shop around. If you decide to go with, track all money and bills.

We never realize how essential a lawyer is when you are being unjustly treated by the workers comp system..without Adam M and Susan I would have been lost and never gotten the help I needed or won my case! Very good experience from the start Jimmy sold me right away. He was very friendly, but most important he was on his stuff!! Stayed persistent with keeping me updated on everything going on. They helped me when the insurance company was giving me a really hard time with my rent. Everytime they received a check Isabella made sure to contact me immediately. Long story short they got me the money I needed to get started on fixing my unfortunate situation. God bless Robert, Adam, and everyone at FRICKEY LAW.
