I purchased a Groupon for three infrared saunas. There was a lot of trash outside the building upon coming in. Walking in there is a very strong cigarette smoke smell, it’s hard to tell if it’s just embedded into the building or was fresh. The receptionist was pleasant. The infared sauna was great ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but at one point I had to step out bc I was too hot. It was hard to breath the stale cigarette air quality. I am chemical sensitive and working through autoimmune. (Why I want to cleanse) so it was intense. I also was kinda grossed out by the bathroom. It looked like it was a shared bathroom with the rest of the house. Small hidden Gem in the West. Less upscale than european standard. Cottage vibe, creaky walls noisy machines. Bath relaxing and restorative. No option to drain water as hot water added if you're small. Bring neck towel or pillow for your head. Receptionist is kind and attentive. Could improve by dusting plants around bath rim, offering aromas in bath, adding a book tray. Can't wait to try salt room.
