I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lewis for years, but unfortunately in the past three months it has been nearly impossible to have an appointment scheduled. I make calls every few weeks and they rarely pick up. They cite in their voicemail that they always call back (I understand not answering with such a small office) but I NEVER receive a call back. It is really unfortunate that it has been so difficult to get the care I need after using Dr. Lewis for so many years without issue. She’s a great doctor when you can reach her office.
Dr. Lewis is extremely personable and approachable. She has the best interests of her patients when making recommendations or just in conversation. I find Dr. Lewis to be kind and humorous. She definitely has a calming effect. As for knowledge, she's incredibly capable and qualified. The only issue I have with Dr. Lewis is that I know she's going to retire at some point.
I'm a newer patient to Dr. Lewis and I'm SO glad that I was referred to her by my PCP! She is such a lovely doctor with her own practice and truly cares about her patients over profit, which is very rare to find in the States. I would recommend all my female friends and family to Dr. Lewis!
