First: Organizational Mission Statement: STRIDE partners with the community to provide excellent, culturally-sensitive health services to meet the needs of each individual.
This is their mission statement which after the way they have treated my daughter is factually untrue.
Do not go here! My daughter lives in CO and had not found a pcp yet. She had a hospital admission that showed she has lymphoma -stage 4. This office was supposed to establish my daughter with a PCP then send the referral to the oncologist's office. I have called twice, my daughter has called, the oncology office has called and here we are in this boat without a resolution. My daughter is dying and getting sicker by the daIt would seem that staff at Stride are to incompetent to understand this. This is not healthcare and is completely unethical. I did file a grievance and will be reaching out to the the insurance commissioner's office as well as the medical board.

I want to praise the staff and Dr. Erickson for the excellent care I receive at this office. After years of searching for health care professionals that saw me as a person, I have been very happy at the Jefferson Plaza Family Clinic.

The staff that you call to make any appointment is not actually at the facility. The phone staff they use is very rude and double schedule me (surprise surprise) instead of rescheduling an appointment and listening to what I was saying. I made my appointment specifically to have blood work done and have my hormones tested as well as to set this place as my primary care facility. I ask specifically if I need to fast before blood work I was told no so I booked and afternoon appointment once I get here I talk to the front desk. (Not very great) they wanted me to sign all the intake forms but yet didn’t give me any of the privacy notices or HIPPA agreements and when I asked I got a less then informational 3 page packet, that pretty much says they will do as they please with no notice. Go back in talk to the nurse and the doctor and they try to send me off without doing the blood work that I made the appointment for! They wanted me to come back later and do them and the nurse booked me for an appointment 3x without just asking me what would work best! Then after the 3rd guess she made I just gave up. And then when I said I’m here for blood work and I want it done they said “oh.....well....... um the lab person is gone for lunch so I guess you can sit up front and wait or leave.” Very unprofessional if I made an appointment for blood work then the staff that does the blood work should be here but now I’m going to have to wait an hour until they come back. After I get my blood work back I will be finding a different place that can actually meet my needs and listen to me as a patient. I want proper healthcare not just someone passing me threw quick to get a pay check! This office does not meet a high quality of standard practice.

Jane is awesome, proactive, excellent listening skills and a real healer's heart. I have had a great experience with everyone there and am very happy that my healthcare partner is through MCPN.

The desk lady was kind of nice but kept telling my kids to be quiet so they can enjoy there lunch in front of us. Two years ago I took my kids. It was snowing out and me and my young kids were kicked out an our before they closed to wait for a ride. It was 3° below. Would not recommend unless u live down the street.
