My experience with Silk Life Medical was incredibly disappointing. The level of professionalism is far below what you would expect from a medical office, and communication is severely lacking—especially when it actually matters.
While sitting in the waiting room, it was uncomfortable to overhear conversations from staff (Marisa and Tina) that sounded unprofessional and inappropriate for a healthcare setting, speaking about other patients and staff. It did not inspire confidence in how patients or employees are treated behind closed doors.
There appears to be little accountability or organization within the office. Concerns are not handled properly, and there is a noticeable lack of transparency and respect in how situations are managed.
There seems to be a complete disregard for both employees and patients. Concerns are ignored, accountability is nonexistent, and decisions are made without transparency or basic respect. The environment feels disorganized and poorly managed, which raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of care being provided.
Overall, this was a frustrating and negative experience. I would not recommend Silk Life Medical to anyone looking for a trustworthy or professionally run medical office.

My husband and I love Silk Life! Tina is very thorough and professional. We have felt a huge improvement in our health with the supplements and treatments We moved to Grand Junction 5 years ago and continue seeing Tina.

Highly recommend coming and getting bloodwork done with Tina if you are struggling with hormonal changes! Taking MOTs-C at 42 during perimenopause has been amazing- More consistent energy, clearer thinking, better workouts, and easier weight management. Overall starting to feel like myself again!

I've been with these guys for about 3 years, and I will never leave! I have improved miles health wise in 3 years since starting with them, and I can't say enough good things about Tina. Her individual approaches to everyone and their needs sets her leagues ahead of others. She cares, she listens, and she educates you in ways to help you capitalize on your biggest asset, HEALTH! No cookie cutter/bandaid approaches here. Your needs and questions are always met with prompt service and addressed in a safe and effective manner. The team of rockstars and owners with passion are a no brainer decision for me. Wish I would have started sooner!

This place is awful! You provide hormone replacement for testosterone, then you up the prices, then someone cant afford it anymore and they asks what they could do to ween off until they could continue when they could afford it, you just drop them like they are a disease! And the implant that you put in still hasn't helped or wasnt adjusted so the patient could quit going thru a rollercoaster of highs and lows! Shame on you for causing so much anxiety and pain for your patients!! Everyone should be aware that you don't care about any of your patients, you just care about the money your making!! Its disgusting! No wonder real MD's dont acknowledge you as true help for patients with low testosterone!
