Every time I visit, there’s always a nice lady at the counter, eager and willing to help no matter the situation. If you’re in a rush, sometimes she can even get your stuff done in the same day. She also makes beautiful alterations. Better than Nordstrom in my experience.

Most incredible service! Long story short, the dress I ordered for family photos at Thanksgiving was delivered in the wrong size. The company wasn’t able to get me a replacement in time for the photos, so on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving I was desperately looking for a tailor to hem the dress. The owner completely saved me and was able to hem the dress in the same day. She did a fabulous job and I couldn’t be more thankful to her. I’ve used her for dry cleaning as well and everything always turns out great. Thank you!!!

Super nice owner and great service. Turnaround is typically very good, and they are very accommodating. We’ve used Premiere for years for dry cleaning and alterations and have only had one problem which the owner was extremely sorry about and did everything she could to resolve the issue - which she did. Cannot recommend this business more.
