I began seeing Dr. Lopez at Osteopathic Medicine due to my TMJ issues, and the related tension in my neck. Having never been to an osteopath, I didn't know what to expect. It is a unique treatment style with gentle manipulations, that occasionally (such as in my mouth!) are very intense. During my treatments, I experienced a definitive improvement in my TMJ. While my struggles were not eliminated, much of the tension was released, and I feel my jaw is much more relaxed. I’ve received treatments from many of the practitioners at OIM. Dr. Curtis has hands of silk that gently guide my body to realign. Dr Lopez helped me to release old trauma from my body. Dr Anglund brings additional energy support and guidance to help my body heal. Lori G provides me with tools to help my body stay in alignment. It is always a pleasure to go there and see the welcoming faces of the staff, greeted by Beth and Kristin. It feels good just to walk into their beautiful and peaceful space!
Dr. Gershon is always thorough and responsive. It feels like he truly cares about my health and wellness. I have had very good response to not only my STEM treatments but also my hormone therapy.
