Giving Mountain High a 3 star for poor customer service. We have called 3 times over a two month time span and have yet to receive a call back. The company did more than roofing for us and we recently discovered an issue with the gutters. Mountain High has been unresponsive.Services: Gutter installation

I called Mountain High Roofing back in the spring to redo my mom’s gutters and they were wonderful! Very prompt with coming out to take a look and get a quote. They where great at communicating having to reschedule our initial appointment for installation because of bad weather (it was very rainy that day) but got us back on the schedule and done in a very timely manner. The gutters and extensions are perfect and they got a very good color to match the house!
In the late summer I called again to get a repair on a spout another contractor damaged while doing other work and they were amazing and quick to come out!
Great service and prices! 10/10 would recommend

We had used Mountain High Roofing twice in the past for hail damage and found them to extremely honest, caring and also reasonable. Recently, we noticed a leak in our roof during a heavy rain storm. I immediately called and was directed to voice mail since it was after hours. I was not sure how this would be handled because it was 5 years ago that we put on the current roof. I received a call back from Justin within an hour and he came out the next morning (Saturday) and repaired our roof. We highly recommend them, even after changing ownerships. Just good solid people still running the show!Service: Roof repair
