Massage Envy offers massage, skincare, and stretch services designed to promote total body wellness.
The business has received praise for its skilled massage therapists. Clients have highlighted therapists like Tina and Isaac for their strong technique, ability to customize pressure, and attentiveness to client requests. One client specifically appreciated Tina's deep tissue massage and her ability to create balance during the session. Another client was impressed by Isaac's professionalism, noticing his attention to detail and expertise.
Massage Envy also offers facials. One client with sensitive skin found the facial provided by Jaylin to be gentle and effective, resulting in glowing and soft skin.
Beyond the services, clients have commended the friendly and helpful staff, particularly a receptionist named Holly (or Molly) who went above and beyond to assist a client with a gift certificate issue. This dedication to customer service has left a positive impression on clients.

My massage was great and I liked the massage therapist. But I will say I walked in about 15 early to get any paperwork done prior to my massage and there was no one there to greet me. I stood there for at least 10 mins before the girl working the front desk came out. I'm not sure what was going on, but I did think it was odd the storefront was left alone for so long, especially on a busy Saturday and while there was a waiting guest with a confirmed appointment. My appointment was at 2:30 and it didn't start until close to 2:45, but ended right at 4:00, which is not a full 90 minute massage. For paying $135 plus tip, I would have expected my appointment to start on time… read full review
I am happy with my massage therapist, Fiona, I have been working with her for almost two years and have followed her around to several ME locations. She is attentive to my requests and checks on pressure or areas of focus.
