My massage was great and I liked the massage therapist. But I will say I walked in about 15 early to get any paperwork done prior to my massage and there was no one there to greet me. I stood there for at least 10 mins before the girl working the front desk came out. I'm not sure what was going on, but I did think it was odd the storefront was left alone for so long, especially on a busy Saturday and while there was a waiting guest with a confirmed appointment. My appointment was at 2:30 and it didn't start until close to 2:45, but ended right at 4:00, which is not a full 90 minute massage. I am happy with my massage therapist, Fiona, I have been working with her for almost two years and have followed her around to several ME locations. She is attentive to my requests and checks on pressure or areas of focus.
I have had some great massages at Massage Envy - Edgewater!! Therapists are thorough and professional. The only difficulty is scheduling, you have to make appointments 4-5 weeks out or there is nothing available
