Rocky Mountain Endoscopy Lakewood

Well, I’ve gotten nowhere with this location who has not refunded us my husband‘s colonoscopy procedure back from March which our insurance paid in September and we’ve been lied to a few times over and over and told different things to Blue Cross Blue Shield and they have yet to cut a check and mail it to us. Do not trust paying for a procedure that your insurance covers in advance ever.!!
I have called numerous times left messages gotten Blue Cross Blue Shield involved and to no avail now I’m going to escalate this as a legal issue to the state Attorney General’s office because this should’ve been refunded within 30 days and if not, I’ll go to... read full review

Colonoscopy is nothing most look forward to but obviously an important procedure in taking care of yourself. The important steps of Prep is not exactly fun. My Physician recommended me to schedule another Colonoscopy as it had been 5 yrs since my first one.

The Prep upfront prior to the Procedure is of the utmost importance & Warning: Read thru all the steps, there are plenty as what not to drink, eat etc. , read thru more than once to get the steps correctly as it could be easy to mess up! And who would want to have to come back & go thru this again!

I read reviews regarding other facilities. Some were appalling. There were NOT any red flags about Lakewood Endoscopy Center. So I made my appointment.

This place is run as it should be. The people are friendly. They expressed genuine concern about my being there and explained the process thoroughly. They took me in right on schedule and had finished the procedure in the time frame that I was told previously. My wife was in the waiting area to take me home and was by my side as they woke me up.
