Welp, from beginning to end that was a wonderful experience! In a time where good customer service is hard to find, Foothills Vision Center went above and beyond. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the woman who did my initial tests, to Dr. Krajewski were all so friendly, but also efficient. Dr. Krajewski was so down to earth and seemed very knowledgeable and explained my prescription to me (which no one ever has)! I learned a lot. And when I was looking at frames the receptionist came over and helped me with no judgements when I was quick to say a frame was not my style. Happy to have found such a wonderful office so close to my home.
I went again today for my yearly exam and it’s still as great as it’s been before! I actually enjoy going in for my eye exams and having Dr. K work his magic. Everyone listens and addresses your concerns. I am glad to be a customer!
This is seriously the best place to go for your eye care. The nicest staff, so helpful, SO kind. Valerie & Kyla are so incredibly helpful. The best customer service, will work with you in terms of payment, takes the stress out of these appointments. 10/10 recommend.
