My family and I have been seeing Dr. Mamalis for 25 years and have always been 100% satisfied. Quality eye care is not always easy to find. Dr. Mamalis is skilled and kind, showing extra patience with members of our family who need extra attention.We intentionally purchase our contacts and glasses at Eye Care of Union Square to support the business for continued access to good care. Even the office staff is wonderful. Many of them have been there for years and years, which is also a testament to how great it is.

The entire office staff is kind and experts in their work. I filled out my forms online, and I didn't have to redo them in person. Dr DeNicola did a thorough examination and discovered an error in my prescription I've carried for years. While waiting for dilation, I shopped around for glasses, and got a great fun and funky recommendation that was perfect for me. Add to that the friendly conversation from everyone in the office, and I might just have to say my visit was a pleasure (which is weird considering how dilation feels!)Overall, I will be returning to Dr DeNicola and her team for my eye care. My visit was a pleasure. The entire team was wonderful and very helpful. Dr. DeNicola was personable, took the time to ask me questions, and explained everything to me. The receptionists helped me pick out frames, were very friendly, and answered all my questions when I had no idea the process for getting glasses. Not to mention I showed up 5 minutes late to my appointment and didn't realize the office closed at 4 while I was still picking out glasses. They were a delightful group even when they had reasons not to be.
