Beatrice and I are without hesitation to give Family Roofing a five star rating. Laya and her team are people of excellent integrity as well as their work. We had our roof completely replaced and everything was done excellently and professionally as also verified by the City Inspector. Laya dropped by to check on the progress of the work and explained to us in detail present progress and the finishing portion of the project. This kind of communication completely put us at ease from the beginning to the end of the project which was completed with a thorough cleanup. Thanks Family Roofing for a job well done.

Laya and her team were absolutely top notch. We cross checked on BBB - a company you can trust! Pricing to upgrade to grade 4 impact resistant shingles was very reasonable. The gutters and downspouts look so tight - they seemlessly hug the house and come down and out exactly where they should. Laya walked us through each step of the process with clear and speedy responses to all of our questions. Her team is a team of professionals - they know roofs, they know gutters, they expertly installed both while being very pleasant and polite. We saw neighbors have roofs installed while music blasted for many blocks and roofers shouted at each other too loudly - not this team....read full review

Laya is the best! Not only was the work done professionally but she was enormously helpful in dealing with insurance and another contractor for a non-roofing issue who was giving us fits. I can genuinely say I don't know what we would have done without her.
