Mikey Farley at Core Progression is the best there is! I have recently started training with Mikey and i couldnt have enough great things to say. The space is great, coaching is even better, and I am excited to see my progress!
Core Progression has been such an amazing gym. They have the best trainers and the best equipment. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
I have been seeing Lydia as my personal trainer for about 6 months! She is absolutely wonderful. She helps align my workouts and stretching routines with my physical therapy. She is a great listener! Lydia is always willing to listen to my thoughts and ideas and happy to help incorporate new goals in to my routine. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend her 100%
