It's relaxing to be swirled around in the water, but it didn't help my sore muscles. So I'd recommend it if what you want is to 'let go', but not as a massage.

Celestial Seahorse is awesome!! My first experience with watsu and it was AMAZING!!! So relaxing and comforting...Trudy is fantastic...so gentle, yet skilled...I felt absolutely wonderful during the session and afterwards...highly recommend!!
