Brisa is kind and a good technician...when you are able to actually get in to her office. I have had 5ish appointments with her, but will no longer be using her services. She has been a no-show for 2 of my appointments with no text or call, and she repeatedly reschedules or cancels last minute. And by last minute, I mean I am already prepped for my appointment and driving to her office when she texts me to cancel. She is kind, but not a professional and definitely does not put the customer first. It's not worth the hassle to try to work with her. I would not recommend her business.

Brisa is absolutely fantastic ! I've never been to an electrolysist appointment and wanted to take a nap by the end. Clean, professional, and really knows what she's doing. I would highly recommend her. I never thought of electrolysis as a pleasant experience. Brisa definitely made it that way.
