He took the time to explain the cleaning process and to show me/walk me through the different types of stain spots I had throughout my carpeting (two large carpeted rooms and a stairwell) and explain what would be needed to treat them. He told me about the different treatments and how they were beneficial, and he worked with me to figure out which treatments I needed while also being considerate of my budget. Jacob arrived on the early side of the arrival window. He was very friendly, helpful and respectful of my time and space. This was an empty house being cleaned for sale and he didn't try to upsell services that someone wouldn't want without still living in the house; I really appreciated that. The company was very communicative and worked well with my availability to schedule. I will definitely use them again.
