I've used 1st Resort's carpet cleaning services three times over the last 4 years and I've been very pleased with their services. They're reliable (they shore up when promised), do a good job, and have lower prices than other places.

We had our sectional cleaned (much needed after 5 years, 2 little ones and a dog). It looks like new! The technician spent almost 2 hours so he was extremely diligent. Their pricing seems to be very competitive as well. Have already recommended them!

BEST CARPET CLEANER WE'VE EVER USED.We met Tony and 1st Resort after a construction worker caused a basement flood. He and his crew were there within minutes of getting the call. After the remediation, we used Tony and his crew regularly for the next 7 years. The carpets and upholstery always looked like new. We sold the house; and, when we needed to leave our apartment, Tony said that, unfortunately, they couldn't use their equipment on the 3rd floor. I asked what spot remover they used. Not only did he tell me which one, he took time out of his busy schedule to drive some over. He refused to let me pay him for his time or the product.
