Through all my medical conditions and history, this is the most caring doctor I've ever seen. I even still go here despite being out of network with insurance. Can't recommend this place enough!
Doctor is great!!! The front staff is not very kind on the phone, via email or in person. They are very offputting & unfriendly front desk staff. I would recommend teaching them customer facing skills and warm fuzzy training. Really turns me off from coming back. As far as the back of house staff, absolutely incredible. Really think you guys should make your customers feel at home and cared for. Front staff is the face of the company and I'm not feeling that vibe that this is an inviting space. Feels very robotic.
Doctor B is great. Always helpful and efficient.
Special shout out to Cheryl and Adriana for being awesome, and getting all my insurance info faster than my insurance agent!
