As a realtor you want someone who specializes in an area and certain types of homes and John has so much knowledge to share. We were so grateful to gain his insight on a home from 1910 and his recommendations. He’s worked in Denver proper for decades and shares a real kindness for his clients.

John is wonderful to work with. He is thoughtful and conscientious. We truly are grateful for all of his work. We paid him more than he asked because he did such a good job.. I would recommend him to anyone. His clients are lucky to have him do their handy work.

Aardvark Construction is fantastic And John is wonderful to work with. For Carol that posted, she is 2 things: 1= absolutely wrong, because if John needed a little bit of extra materials or something, she should have paid for it. AND 2= Simply a mean person who doesn't understand what real work takes. I highly recommend John for your home repairs, he is honest, hard working and kind. We paid him more than he asked for because he did such a great job. Will use him routinely for repairs at my home. Janine
