Excellent service! I called and the next morning, the owner was there. My mom is sick and has a lot of spills and accidents - but he cleaned everything thoroughly and removed odors. Stanley Steamer wouldn't clean the mess, but 1st Resort is better and more personable. He's even coming back tomorrow to clean more furniture. Took his time to make sure it was done well. Will be using again and again & highly recommend!!

Extremely Pleased Tim cleaned our carpet and tile and throw rugs on Monday. As others have said, very professional and great value. So pleased with there service, we just hired them to do some commercial work for us. Spoke to Tony on the phone to arrange the service. Again, so helpful and so professional, looking forward to making this a long term relationship.
