Prompt, great communication, personable, quality work at a great price point, professional service in a local, family owned company. I appreciated knowing exactly when my technician would arrive. I will always go to Primos for all my garage door needs.
Both the estimator and the install technician (TJ) were a pleasure to work with. TJ was extremely thorough, skilled, and knowledgeable. I have other garage doors and I wish TJ would have installed those openers too. Next time I’ll use Primos again!
The team at Primos was fantastic. Once we finalized the door we wanted, they quickly actioned on getting it installed. Chance and Jose did a great job on the installation. Katherine kept us informed along the way with the project; and Toby was very flexible in adjusting to our timeline.
