Maddie is an incredible instructor! She really helps you to understand proper form and technique to maximize your workout while avoiding injury. She’s also a treasure to be around and will make you laugh just as much as making your abs burn! Win win!!!

Such an amazing studio. The classes are challenging and leave you feeling so energized after! The community is very positive. Lots of support and a nice, private studio. I had no idea Pilates was such a comprehensive working that can help with chronic pain, too! Stretches and ways to move the body I would not have thought of. I highly recommend!!!

What a great find in the plethora of pilates studios. The studio is airy, and clean the equipment is a dream, it's like how a woman feels when she goes into a shoe store, I suppose...its the feeling that I get when seeing all the equipment provided. Instructors are great, professional and well versed. I had a great class today with Cathy, she kept the class moving, was just amazing and we did so much in an hour! Thank you so much! can't wait to return.
