Kayla is a miracle worker. I went in with rhomboid pain and came out feeling 100% better. I would recommend The Body Bar to anyone whether you need therapeutic work or to just care for yourself
This was my first massage with Amanda B (deep tissue, 90 minutes). Amanda was amazing. She asked questions, followed up to get more details from me about what I was experiencing, and then she went to work! My lower back pain was much less after she applied the perfect amount of pressure. I’m kicking myself for not finding her earlier. I definitely will be scheduling regular appointments with Amanda.
I came in for an eyebrow wax/shaping, and Athena was absolutely lovely! She is very gentle and gives a lot of attention to detail. I was way overdue for a wax, and I left feeling like a brand new woman. Also, absolutely beautiful spa! Clean, thoughtfully decorated, and very serene.
