Kinetic Chiropractic is a TOP tier customer experience. For some background, I live an active lifestyle (like many of you I assume) and sometimes experience stiffness or muscle soreness. I often overdue it and find myself in long spurts of discomfort. I experience trouble sleeping or picking up my socks off the floor. From what I thought would be a “quick realignment,” turned into a weekly visit. Now, after a few weeks I am back moving normally. Dr Jen is THE Best! She focuses on finding the root cause of discomfort and imbalance in my body and provides exercises to ensure my body properly heals and strengthens, rather than just treating the immediate issue/pain. And at the same time, I always leave my appointments feeling immediately better! Best of ALL Worlds. : )

Dr. Perez knows her stuff! I originally booked an appointment with Dr. Perez for foot pain several years ago. I have since been back to her several times over the years to get ahead of injuries that would hinder running/daily activity. Each time she thoroughly evaluates and identifies issues up the kinetic chain and prescribes exercises specifically designed to address the issue. I've gone to other PTs that have me doing a ton of different exercises that don't seem to make a difference. Dr. Perez provides an educational and friendly environment to tackle those nagging injuries and keep you on your feet.
