“I booked an appointment with Luan when my hair person went on maternity leave. I got some sort of a demiglaze color (or whatever it's called) that really boosted the shininess in my hair. I also got a hair cut, which made me nervous because I have notoriously difficult hair to cut due to the waviness in my hair. My hair will often take on a triangular or pyramid shape which I absolutely hate. When I got home and washed and dried my hair over a few days, I realized the cut didn't turn out how I wanted it. However, I reached out to Luan about my issue, and she was super nice and accommodating about having me come back in to get it cut again. I explained what I saw when I looked at my hair and she examined it again, added some more layers, and it was just what my hair needed. I came in a couple weeks ago with an absolutely botched haircut and layers from great clips (oops). Thankfully, Patricia told me that she specializes in transformation hairstyles.
