I came in with diarrhea and constant vaginal discharge after finding out that for a week, I'd bathed and brushed my teeth with standing water that had been filled with dead rodents. Dr. Kali Mae Mendoza-Werner was very dismissive and patronizing, only seeing me for less than a minute and saying that the situation was low-risk. I didn't realize that consuming dead rodent soup was low-risk.

As a healthcare technician...AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor who saw me had rips in his shirt. The PA following him was dressed appropriately but was very akward. They didn't have any knowledge about my condition and didnt ask that many questions. He ran extremely minimal labs considering my symptoms and didnt even call me with the results. (Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, shortness of breath, severe fatigue). Its been over a week and still have not had any feedback regarding my labs. There are some truly dedicated and caring people working there. And there are som real duds. To get a script for sleeping pills is interesting. For months, I had a video visit with a very caring provider. This to get the script for the sleeping pills. Then she left - I had a visit with a gal who was about to go on maternity leave. She said to call to schedule my next monthly appointment, so I tried. The woman I spoke with said there is no one to do it. Call my pcp. Then she dropped me into someone else’s voicemail! The clinic was unable to provide me with a pcp. Pretty scary stuff. The last physician I saw there was flat out weird. Creepy. Don’t go there....read full review
