“when you think of Ulta's motto of inclusivity, I don't think you would imagie a 6'2 cowboy walking into a beauty store with a black eye. My husband works in town as a first responder, and was unfortunately yeeted in the face by a kid at the pool playing marco polo. And it was BAD, i mean, like raccoon in a dumpster bad. We were unsure of what solutions we could come too so my he still look professional at work, but by the grace of god we ran into Trisha when she asked if we needed help. Obviously by the condition of my husband...YES...WE DID LOL. Not only did she recommend us products, she sat him down and gave him a full makeover and gave step by step instructions on how to mask it for work. Words can't describe grateful we were, and how helpful she was. And especially that she made my husband feel comfortable smearing a concelar crayon on his face lol.
