Lupita did my hair tinsel! She is absolutely amazing! She worked so hard on it, and put in so much effort! It turned out amazing, I could not be happier! I had such a great experience with her, and will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at the Ulta hair salon today! Lupita was my hairdresser and she really took her time with my cut and blowout. For the first time ever, I didn't feel rushed (like they are already thinking of their next appointment.) Lupita was wonderful!! So warm, funny, and really listened to me. A++++++! I highly recommend this Salon!

First off, this store is always clean and staff are all super nice and helpful. I enjoy the genuine interactions that I have with them.
However, I docked 2 stars because of how incredibly pushy the employees are forced to be with customers. Before I explain, I want to preface by saying this is NOT the fault of the sales associates, but rather leadership that enforces these insane standards and expectations.
Within the first 5 minutes of entering the store you can expect to be asked “is there anything I can help you find, do you need help color matching, what are you looking for, etc” by various staff at least 10 times. This continues repeatedly for the duration...read full review
