when you think of Ulta's motto of inclusivity, I don't think you would imagie a 6'2 cowboy walking into a beauty store with a black eye. My husband works in town as a first responder, and was unfortunately yeeted in the face by a kid at the pool playing marco polo. And it was BAD, i mean, like raccoon in a dumpster bad. We were unsure of what solutions we could come too so my he still look professional at work, but by the grace of god we ran into Trisha when she asked if we needed help. Obviously by the condition of my husband...YES...WE DID LOL. I come here a lot to get my hair done and McKenzie is always my stylist. I never leave disappointed, and with the way I use box dye/ crazy colors I don’t know how she manages to recreate my inspo picture flawlessly every time.

I wanted to get tinsel in my hair for the summer and had McKenzie as my stylist. She was very kind and did my service good and fast! I will be coming back to McKenzie when my tinsel needs replaced! Highly satisfied!
