They have worked very hard with my warranty company as well as getting my coach in to insure the repair gets completed. This is about the 4th time I have this team work on my coach, they did another great job. They are very skilled and always helpful to insure i understand the repairs needed. Thank you again for another job well done.
I had some water damage and fiberglass delamination on my travel trailer. I'm very pleased with the repair Paul did. He gave me an estimate, and told me it might come in lower than he estimated. When he actually did the work, he was able to avoid taking everything apart and buying all new material, so it was 2/3 of the estimated cost. Paul obviously takes a lot of personal pride in his work. Also, they did a great job of communicating throughout the process and gave me photo updates.
They're not cheap, but they're honest. It's a relatively small, family owned shop. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Jacob has done amazing work for us at Ka-Ko-Jo's, from fixing our arcade boxing machine to some premium welding for our service trailers! Absolutely appreciate the hard work and attention to detail!
