Last week, while home sick I received an SOS from my salon/spa manager that we had no hot water- a true emergency for a hair salon in the dead of winter. I called Day Plumbing and they were able to be onsite within about an hour- AMAZING! Unfortunately, our water heater was a total loss, but thankfully everything else seemed to check out fine. They worked in the cold, hauling materials through a foot or more of snow as our water heater is in an exterior mechanical closet on the north side of the building- not a pleasant work situation for sure.
