The owners helper is a great guy. The owner on the other hand is the most rude person I’ve encountered. We were in a bit of An emergency when we reached out to him for help. Our air-conditioning went out on the worst year and worst timing possible during the hottest summer we’ve had in my memory in the middle of August.
My wife is 10 months pregnant and really struggling with the heat.
He had a very cavalier attitude and couldn’t stop making nervous jokes and legitimately made fun of the fact that I treated it as an emergency situation to get the repair done.
