I walked into the store to see if I could get a new pair of prescription eyeglasses. I’ve been using LensCrafters for a while, but it’s getting too expensive, although they do have a better selection of frames.

Allen Z., who works there, approached me right away and helped me pick the perfect frame. He also immediately arranged an appointment with the eye doctor. That same day, I had my prescription done, and just as Allen promised, my new eyeglasses arrived within a week.

I had a great experience with John for scheduling my eye exam appointment and with Dr.Susan for the eye exam itself. The vision center staff: April and Bill went above and beyond in verifying my insurance info/benefits and taking care of new prescription.

GREAT experience with Dr John and his team, including the eye glass center technicians, this evening. Dr. John took all the time needed to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. He actually recommended THE LEAST EXPENSIVE option for glasses - no "upselling" whatsoever!! I look forward to getting my glasses and enjoy reading again!!
