GREAT experience with Dr John and his team, including the eye glass center technicians, this evening. Dr. John took all the time needed to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. He actually recommended THE LEAST EXPENSIVE option for glasses - no "upselling" whatsoever!! I look forward to getting my glasses and enjoy reading again!!
I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at my eye exam today. Doctor John was friendly and knowledgeable. . . didn't mind my many questions at all. The young ladies that helped me pick out my frames were so sweet and helpful.
Honestly wow on the staff! Not only did I learn quite a bit in my exam but the doctor was highly knowledgeable in her craft! Kaitlyn was extremely helpful and I unfortunately missed the other lady's name (redhead!), but I would highly recommend these folks. Top tier!
