I fell into our shower door which was damaged. They came and fixed it. Problem solved within four days. Expensive yes, but under our circumstances we were willing to pay for it. We did not need to hunt for parts or anything. The repair was completed within an hour.

This was definitely worth the cost. Our dig now enjoys year round access to the back yard. The flaps provide adequate insulation, there is no draft or temperature difference near it. It is the perfect solution for us.
The first door came with incorrect pane spacing. They didn't charge us until a new door was installed. We also had issues with the leveli and lock, but it was taken care of quickly and correctly.
