Azra helped repair my glasses. She told me she would not charge for this service, which is awesome.
She quickly fixed the problem and I was on my way in 5 minutes.
Azra showed me that she truly cared about my issue. She is a great representative of your company.
This 5-star review is for Tina, who works at this location. She is the only one who knows how to do things right and professionally. I would rather wait an additional two days for her to return to work and call me back than speak with anyone else at the front desk.
Tina is so helpful, friendly, and excellent at what she does. She orders my contact lenses correctly, follows up by calling back, returns my calls, and ensures I get what I need. She is just awesome!
I think she deserves a raise and a promotion to store manager or a similar position.

Wow! This optical business in the Highlands Ranch, CO Target store is top notch! What a pleasant surprise. :)
The eye doctor and staff goes above and beyond in customer service. I have lived all over the US and have been to many optometry businesses over the years and this optical business clearly stands out at the top of my list. Dr. Simonson is thorough, very knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field. The support staff is fantastically professional, helpful and made sure my glasses were perfect for me. I will be back next year! Gotta get eyes checked yearly.
