What a great office! The staff is so welcoming from the moment you walk in. Such sweet woman that work there. Brynn was so fun and Dr. Joy Hansen was determined to get my sight the best it can be. So very impressed and glad I found them.
I had my yearly eye exam here with Dr. Jessica Bailin. Entire experience was very good. All staff was friendly and helpful. Exam was thorough and she explained everything clearly. Last step of picking frames and going over options for glasses was great.
It was a pleasure seeing Dr. Jessica Bailin for the first time. She was very thorough in her explanations to me, and I never felt rushed at all. She did her homework and knew my diabetic and vision history before coming into the room. She answered all of my questions as I asked them. Dr. Jessica Bailin is my new favorite at Highlands Ranch Vision Center.
