What a great place Physio Room is! My experience with them started with a couple phone calls to get information about my physical therapy needs. Both Alex and Anne-Marie were so friendly and had such a great positive mental attitude about them that I was sold on going there just with my interactions with them. Then my initial iassessment session with Dr. Ryan was absolutely awesome! I’m really looking forward to working with them to get me through the last 20% of my rehab and fully back to my athletic self!
I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at The Physio Room. Two days before I was set to leave town for the Christmas holidays, I suffered a pinched nerve in my upper back and neck—it was so bad my hand was numb and shaking. They managed to fit me in on just one day's notice, right before my flight.
They used a combination of dry needling, cupping, stretching, and trigger point massage. I felt considerable improvement the moment I left, and within two to three days, I was completely healed. I cannot thank this amazing team enough!
I am very impressed with the full experience of working with Physio Room. From friendlines over the phone, to ease of booking, a family like environment and culture, and high-quality practitioners. I can't recommend Physio Room enough!
