I was improperly billed for a visit and despite numerous phone calls, messages and e-mails no one has responded. There was clearly a mix up in billing and charts. No big deal, but I’ve spent nearly a year attempting to contact them and they have made no effort to contact me or correct the issue.
Great experience. Bonus- they don’t bill as an urgent care visit!
