We had a fantastic first experience at Pampered Pups! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the dogs were genuinely loved and well cared for. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and positive, and it was obvious the groomers truly enjoy what they do.

We’ve been taking our Bernese Mountain Dog, Henry, to Pampered Pups for nearly a year, and we’ve had a wonderful experience every time. The team is consistently friendly, communicative, and genuinely cares about the dogs they work with. Henry always comes home looking great, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.
