Chris was awesome! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained each issue he found with our AC using pictures or the actual part prior to my approval for the work to be completed. PS Cool and Heat to the rescue! They were highly recommended on Nextdoor so I called them for a second opinion after another company said my compressor was broken so I would need a new unit. PS Cool was amazing at telling me they could probably fix the broken part but to let them check it out first before charging me to order a part. The lady who answers the phone REALLY knows her stuff and she’s quite an asset for this company. Well the tech came today and it was only leaking coolant. He refilled it and was on his way. These folks saved me $11,000.
I told them they’ve made a customer for life.

Josh, Alex and crew, and Yvette are awesome. They installed our HVAC system, heat pump and furnace with all the required electrical, vents, and ducts at about 40% less expensive than other companies that I checked with. It works great and their communication is top notch!
