This was my first visit to My Eye Dr Highlands Ranch and I was so happy with my experience. Dr Vervaet was wonderful to work with and took her time to answer questions and explain what I was experiencing. Francia was great to work with as well during the ordering process and when I picked up my new glasses. After years at Target optical and several horrible customer service experiences, I will now be coming to My Eye Dr Highlands Ranch.

My son got hit in the eye with a baseball and we were afraid it might have damaged his eye. The staff and drs squeezed us right in - even though their schedules were full. They were kind and had great customer service.
