So helpful. Having issues with my UHC insurance. My old provider no longer was in network so I went to MyEyeDr and saw Dr. Wilson. Her along with the front office rep, Francia, got me squared away. Could have charged me a bit more I’m sure but they made sure I was taken care of! Will be back next year.
I’ve been going here for a few years now and always have wonderful experiences with the doctors. They’ve helped me work through a few issues with my eyes that I haven’t been able to find help resolving.
Francia in the glasses area is amazing. She’s wonderful with helping select glasses and also a delight to work and talk to while selecting a new pair.
I also appreciate how quickly they set me up with new contacts when I need to order (and trials while I wait). Not to mention, my kiddos are much happier to come with me thanks to the lollipops at the front desk, which is a huge win for mom!
I had an amazing experience here at MyEyeDr! I was more than well taken care of from the moment I walked in with the exceptional knowledge and care from Dr Amanda Wilson. The entire team was extremely professional and patient with me. I highly recommend coming here, Francia and Armando helped choose the right glasses for my face shape. Thank you!!!
